I got great value for my money at the Black Palms - Fistral Beach. The room was well-appointed and comfortable, with plenty of storage and a lovely bathroom. The location was perfect, just a 1-minute walk to Fistral beach and a short walk into town. The staff, especially Aaron, were friendly and always available to help. I would recommend this place and definitely stay here again.
The breakfast selection could be improved by providing a small brush and dustpan to clean up any crumbs.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Fistral beach. the room was spacious and had plenty of storage, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. the host, Aaron, was very helpful and responsive. the garden area was a great place to relax, and the BBQ with a gas hob provided a convenient option for cooking.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and improvements to the exterior.

The location was perfect - just a two minute walk to Fistral beach. the apartment was spotlessly clean, with a comfy bed and pillows. the powerful shower was exactly what we needed after a day of surfing. Aaron, the host, was very helpful and even allowed us to check in early. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The communication with the staff was also good, making it easy to arrange everything for our stay. And, I must say, the bathroom was really nice.
I have to be honest and say that there were a few negatives about our experience. the hotel was visibly dirty and in desperate need of a makeover.

I absolutely loved the location of the Black Palms - Fistral Beach. Being just a short 3-minute walk to the beautiful beach was a dream. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage and a great bathroom. The communication with the host was also excellent, always quick to answer any questions. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the outdated decor and lack of a brush for cleaning up, I would highly recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable accommodations. I had a fantastic stay at the Black Palms - Fistral Beach.
